Activities of Research and Development

Activities of Research and Development are among the strength points of EUROVIX (N.of enrolment to the National Registry of Research of the Ministry of University and Scientific and Technical Research 802210H2).

EUROVIX has been awarded with many award and certificates at national and international levels:

UNI EN ISO 9001:2000Quality System Certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 (cert.n. CERT-03953-99-AQ-MIL-SINCERT) for the planning and production of biological promoters and natural products for the treatment of organic substances and soil.

Certificato MIURFrom 2008 we are enrolled to the Registry of Research Laboratories highly qualified by the MIUR (Ministry of University and Research).

The Research and Development activity is finalized to the study, planning, experimentation and operative development of products and innovative technologies: this made us one of the reference companies in biotechnologies applied to the environment on an international basis.

The company has advanced internal facilities where the phases of preliminary study, planning and industrialization of each product are developed. The scientific validation of our technologies is often granted by the action of prestigious Universities and Research Centres.

The activity of Research and Development is focused on the following sectors:

  • Soil remediation of soils polluted by hydrocarbons, PAHs, chlororganics, PCBs and other persistent residues by bioremediation processes.
  • Soil remediation of ligneous residues polluted by polycyclic hydrocarbons
  • Biological depuration of organic residues;
  • Biological depuration of wastewater containing lignocellulosic and polyphenolic residues
  • Reduction of environmental impact of organic materials;
  • Reduction of particulate matter (PM10) in urban areas;
  • Depollution of water (lakes, rivers, aquaculture facilities);
  • Water reclamation of degraded aquatic systems;
  • Reduction of environmental impact in factory farming;
  • Environmental quality and animal welfare as techniques to improve production performances of animals and reduce the use of medicines;
  • Biological activation of agricoltural soil to improve the yield of crops and keep a balance between cost-effectiveness and environmental protection;
  • Qualitative improvement of sporting and ornamental grass.
